Changelog
Every change to the site's content, the AI prompts, the editorial policies, and the governance structure. Time-stamped, with the rationale for each change. Nothing changes silently.
Why this changelog exists
Homeowner.org.nz is a content site and a reference. When content changes, the change should be visible. When policies change, the reason should be public. When something is removed or revised, the history is preserved here.
This is not marketing updates. It is a record of every material change, including content that was later revised or removed. If we change our position on something, this page is where that change is visible.

How changes are made
- Operational changes (site content, minor UI tweaks) — made as needed, logged within 1–2 days.
- Editorial or policy changes (motive-calibration rules, disclaimer text, moderation policy) — documented here with rationale and effective date.
- Governance changes (member voting rules, board structure) — require constitutional amendment post-incorporation; pre-incorporation, documented here and subject to 30-day community comment period.
- Removals and revisions — when content is removed or materially revised, this log records what was removed and why. Previous versions are preserved for auditability.
